I'm a pretty heavy weight trainer, I workout approximately 6 days a week - leaving a day's rest doesn’t really work for me. I focus a lot on upper body exercises and lower body exercises, but tend to focus less on core body exercises, mainly because I workout at home and I don't have any machines. Except free weights.
Recently my hips in comparison to my waist have become too wide, possibly due to too much muscle mass on my hips in comparison to my waste. Though my shoulders are a lot my wider than my hips, which you would expect from a weight trainer. It’s pretty kind of creepy having wider hips than usual, you know that’s what you want on the opposite sex not yourself!
Right now I’m thinking about either doing more abdominal exercises, or going down to this shop to get some testosterone supplement since body shape is mainly controlled by androgens and estrogens - I’m not talking about steroids or HGH.
What should I do?
