Natural Anabolics, Worth it?

Postby mseghetti » Sun May 20, 2012 4:45 am

I have been training since december 2009, specificly for muscle gain.
I recently, at the start of the present year, started using a supplement called L-Glutamine, which is a pure, free form anti-catabolic amino acid. A multi-functional amino acid, used to increase muscle strength, speed up recovery, prevent muscle breakdown & increase natural hGH(human growth hormone).
The reason I started using this, is because i wasn't happy with my results, i was gaining muscle, but not in the quantities I desired. After the use of L-glutamine, I gained muscle, but it I am still not sure if I am gaining more than i was before the use of this supplement.
I have not altered my diet at all since before i started training, i have been eating more proteins where i can, but never turned to protein shakes, etc.
Now, my dilemma concerns whether or not to start taking a supplement (which is said to be a natural anabolic) by the name of 17-testo Methox, a product produced by USN (http://66.232.130.84/proddetail.php?prod=a-17-testo)
This product increaces testosterone levels and includes many vitamins and minerals. The link above will give you all the info.
Now for the actual question. Do you think it is worth taking this? Do you think it will have negative side effects even though the website states that it won't? Should i rather alter my diet before experimenting with these natural anabolics? what other successful ways are there to obtain muscle gain? (I am not looking to obtain muscle that is unnaturally huge, but want to achieve where i want to be, faster than it's taking at the moment)
Thanks in advance
